Sky House- A new level of Living

A sky house was a form of residence that used repulsors to float in the atmosphere of a planet. Han Solo and Chewbacca came up with the idea after constructing their own sky home in the skies of Bespin, the gas giant. Skyhouse is a 25-story rental apartment skyscraper in Nashville, Tennessee, located at 17th Avenue South and Broadway. Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development collaborated on the project, with Batson-Cook Construction serving as the general contractor. There are 352 flats and 10,600 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

The name "Sky House" comes from the house's distinctive roof gardens and vast glass, which result in residences that are light, airy, and large, with unrivaled views from every level.

Based on award-winning architect CODA's back-to-back home design (as shown on BBC News), "Sky House" aspires to build sensitively close-knit communities centered on a pocket park with a number of open spaces for inhabitants to enjoy.

Each property includes a modest front garden for chatting with neighbors (over a cup of Yorkshire tea, of course); a first-floor balcony (for a G&T); and a second-floor roof garden for more private entertainment (and the odd BBQ). To protect your children's health and welfare, the projects provide gated home zone parking courts and a pocket park play space. Playing ball is strongly recommended. 

Our design also pays homage to the region's industrial heritage, with saw-toothed roofs in a sensitive modern manner mirroring the region's more recent commercial developments.
